LEESBURG, VA – The George C. Marshall International Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Brian Cochran, Janet Rathod and Daryl Deke to its Board of Directors. These accomplished leaders will help advance the Center’s mission of bringing to life the timeless values of selfless service and integrity to develop visionary leaders worldwide.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Cochran, Ms. Rathod and Mr. Deke to the Marshall Center Board of Directors,” said Tom Greenspon, Board Chairman and President Emeritus. “This is an exciting time for the Marshall Center as we expand our Ethical Leadership Program and prepare to build a new state-of-the-art museum and visitor center on the grounds of Dodona Manor.”

General George C. Marshall, who served the nation as Army Chief of Staff, Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense, embodied ethical leadership throughout his distinguished career. Marshall and his wife Katherine made their home at historic Dodona Manor in Leesburg. Today, the restored house serves as the headquarters of the Marshall Center.

To safeguard this historic site and enhance its educational mission, the Center has launched a capital campaign to build a modern museum and visitor support center on the property. The new facility will host exhibits, leadership programs and public events—ensuring Dodona Manor remains preserved for generations to come while expanding opportunities for learning and engagement.
