Five-Star Character: The George C. Marshall Ethical Leadership Conference

May 15–16, 2026 | Leesburg, VA

This free, two-day, in-person conference is open to high school juniors and seniors from Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Through case studies, collaborative exercises and guided discussion, students examine real-world leadership challenges through the lens of Marshall's life — and leave with practical tools for leading in school, college and beyond. Camp Marshall

June 22–25, 2026 | 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. daily | Dodona Manor, Leesburg, VA

Join us for a four-day immersive experience for rising high school juniors and seniors, held on the historic grounds of Marshall's longtime home. Students work (and have fun) in teams on leadership challenges, outdoor activities and service projects — all grounded in Marshall's three pillars: Selfless Service, Unwavering Integrity, and Visionary Leadership. The experience is energizing and practical, helping students build confidence, resilience and a deeper sense of responsibility. Learn more and apply‍ ‍
